Ingredients:

  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Preparation:

  1. Peel and halve the cucumber. Remove the seeds with a spoon and coarsely grate the cucumber.
  2. Place the grated cucumber in a sieve, salt lightly and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze the cucumber well to remove excess water.
